DEaaS allows clients to leverage a Flexible Consumption Model (FCM) in order to engage consultants needed for specific initiatives, under their direction or in partnership with FirstParty to co-manage the success of an initiative. FirstParty's Center of Excellence (COE) provides oversight for all Data Experts who work with our client partners.
By leveraging a FCM, you have the ability to change and modify the terms of the engagement, as needed. The nature of DEaaS is to provide our clients with a customer-centric model to allow them to fully utilize the knowledge and skills of Data Experts to help in a vast variety of ways.
